Riding Without Lights
“I have talked about these cyclists before,” said the Magistrate (Mr R. C. Abernethy) in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday when fining several men for riding bicycles without lights after dark. The practice was a highly dangerous one. Cyclists who rode after dark without lights might be run down and a serious accident might result, he added.
