TODAY’S RECIPE

OATMEAL SOUP 1 cup cold cooked porridge. 1 medium-sized onion. Celery salt to taste. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons finely-chopped parsley 2 cups milk. 1 cup diced cooked potato. 2 tablespoons butter.

Melt butter in frying pan. Add finelychopped onion and brown. Add oatmeal porridge and enough cold water to cover. The potatoes may then be added and simmered for short time. Last add milk and flavourings. Serve ’ M SARAH.
