COMPULSION BELIEVED TO BE NECESSARY (Received January 13, 5.5 pan.) BERLIN, January 12. It is announced that the £125,000,000 Reich loan issued in November has been fully subscribed. The Berlin correspondent of The Daily Telegraph says this is the first loan not over-subscribed within a few days of its issue, and it is believed that compulsion was needed against the banks and industrialists. The total of loans in 1938 was £500,000,006.
