Making Jelly
In summer, when using jelly, dissolve it in three tablespoonfuls of boiling water and make it up to the pint with cold water. This mixture will set quickly even in the warmest weather. Milk Puddings Milk puddings will be delightfully creamy if a generous pinch of oatmeal is added to the milk before cooking.
