POLISH-SOVIET TRADE TO BE EXPANDED
(Received December 22, 10.5 p.m.) LONDON, December 22. The Moscow correspondent of The Daily Telegraph says that preliminary talks between Poland and Russia ended with a decision to raise the total reciprocal trade to between £4,500,000 and £6,500,000, representing an increase of 2000 per cent.
