MILK BILL IN BRITAIN DELAYED

RUGBY, December 1. The Prime Minister (Mr Neville Chamberlain) announced in the House of Commons the second reading of the Government’s Milk Bill, against which considerable agitation had arisen in various quarters and which had been the subject of strong criticism by some Conservative members of Parliament from agricultural constituencies, would be postponed pending re-exammation of the whole milk problem.
