JAPAN’S “NEW ORDER” IN FAR EAST
TROOPS QUIT BORDER OF HONG KONG TOKYO, November 30. An Imperial Conference sanctioned the policy of creating a new order in the Far East. The Japanese believe that the major fighting has finished. A message from Hong Kong states that the Japanese have withdrawn from the border and have removed to Canton.
