ROOSEVELT CONFERS WITH AMBASSADORS (Received November 28, 6.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, November 27. The State Department has announced that Mr Hugh Wilson, the Ambassador to Berlin, will remain in the United States indefinitely as a consultant on American relations with Germany. It is disclosed that Mr Wilson and the Ambassador to Rome (Mr William Phillips) will dine with the President (Mr Franklin D. Roosevelt) at Warm Spring (Georgia) tonight for a thorough survey of relations with the totalitarian States. Observers suggest that the Government may be considering a different approach in its relations with Italy.
