Beauty Specialist Starts First Charm School In England

LONDON, October 21. England naw has its first Charm School, which has been started by Miss Rosa Barrie, a West End beauty specialist. Miss Barrie is sure that women in this country are really anxious to get sound advice on such things of importance to them as how to dress to the best advantage, the care of the skin, the figure, the hair. Miss Barrie feels that every woman can have an attractive personality if she is shown just how to develop it. In her school a psychologist will lecture on the art of making friends, on banishing loneliness. There will be first-aid classes as well. Lectures will last for about an hour and at the end of this time, individual advice can be given if desired. ■
