Hawkins beat Miss Milligan, 7-1; Mrs | C. Watson beat Miss Taylor, 7-5. Men’s Singles.—G. Stewart beat G. Martin, 9-7; R. Reid lost to Cosgrove, 6-9; H. Phillips beat W. Browning, 9-2; C. Hawkins beat Milligan, 9-1. Women’s Doubles. —Misses E. Tippett and C. Harper, beat Miss McDonald and Mrs Martin, 7-1; Mesdames C. Hawkins and C. Men’s Doubles—Whitaker and Shand beat Woodhead and Blee, 9-8; Watt and O’Callaghan lost to Sutton and Townshend, 5-9. Women’s Doubles.—Miss Ewen and Mrs Stewart beat Misses Woodhead and Allison, 7-4; Mrs Whitaker and Miss Stewart beat Miss Hallum and Mrs Townshend, 7-4.
