GRAVE OF UNKNOWN WARRIOR
STATELY MONUMENT TO BE ERECTED (Received October 28, 6.30 p.m.) LONDON, October 27. The Daily Mail states that the Dean and Chapter of the Abbey, in collaboration with the War Graves Commission, have decided to raise a stately monument above the grave of the Unknown Warrior. The design will be completed after consultation with distinguished artists and architects. The most notable feature will be a niche in which there will be a .perpetual flame.
