SPECIAL AEROPLANE FOR ROYAL DUKE
FACILITIES FOR TRAVEL IN AUSTRALIA (Received October 28, 7.50 p.m.) CANBERRA, October 28. The Duke of Kent is expected to travel extensively in Australia during his term of two years as GovernorGeneral, and a special aeroplane will probably be placed at his disposal. Canberra will be the Duke’s official headquarters. In London yesterday the Duke gave an audience to the Australian High Commissioner (Mr S. M. Bruce).
