NO FURTHER DEVELOPMENTS (United Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, October 27. Because of rain, which in any event would have stopped work, there were no further developments today in the watersiders’ dispute. The manager of the Union Steam Ship Company, Mr W. G. Mander, was unwilling to comment till tomorrow.
