INCREASING USE OF SYNTHETIC FIBRES
BRADFORD DEPRECATES ALARM LONDON, October 25. The Yorkshire Post says that the misgivings expressed in Empire woolproducing countries about lhe progress of synthetic fibres in Europe are not fully shared in Bradford, which regards the extended and obligatory use on the Continent as an outcome of economic necessity rather than choice. A reassuring fact is that most of the impoverished Continental countries are eager to increase their purchases of wool when the opportunity is given.
