FROZEN MEAT SECTION LIFELESS ON INVERCARGILL EXCHANGE The market for Government loans continued very quiet on the Invercargill Stock Exchange yesterday. There were more sellers than buyers in the banking section. Insurances were neglected. No life was shown in the frozen meat section. Fair support came for Australian industrials, but New Zealand issues were depressed. The market for metal companies’ shares was unthanged. Sales of Australian Foundation Trust at 5/-, and Commercial Banks at 16/10, were reported.
