BOBBY LOCKE IN NEW ZEALAND (United Press Association) AUCKLAND, October 21. Slim, and fair, and not 21 years of age until November, Bobby Locke, the world’s best golfer of his age, arrived in Auckland from Australia this morning. He plays the first match of his New Zealand tour over 36 holes against A. Murray at Titirangi tomorrow. Locke carries 21 clubs in his kit, but he will get it down to the Royal and Ancient maximum of 14 for the New Zealand championships. For instance, he will j discard two drivers, of which he uses ( three according to conditions. I He stated definitely that Norman ( von Nida is not coming from Australia, but there was a pbssibility of Harry £ Hattersley arriving next week homeward bound and staying over for the New Zealand championship meeting. c INVERCARGILL LADIES’ i CLUB ' The following are the results of recent matches played by members of the 1 Invercargill Ladies’ Golf Club:— J .
