MR LYNCH AND THE COUNTRY QUOTA

To The Editor

Sir,—At Mr Lynch’s Mossburn meeting nearly two weeks ago I asked if Labour would give an undertaking not to interfere with the country quota. Mr Lynch was unable to say, but at my request, gave a promise that he would communicate with the Prime Minister and give me a reply. He has not done so, to date ana I invite him to give a public explanation on file point.—Yours, etc., lAN WILLS. October 7, 1938.
