PORK SAUSAGES WITH PINEAPPLE ’ 1 tin pineapple rings. 1 cup pineapple juice. 1 .tablespoon lemon juice. 1 pound pork sausages. ! 1 tablespoon marmalade. 1 tablespoon cornflour. Place pineapple rings on bottom of pan. Place a sausage on top of each ring. Bake in an oven at 400 degrees F. for 15 to 20 minutes. Mix the cornflour with a little of the pineapple juice.
