RUMANIAN CABINET CHANGES
NEW MINISTER FOR WAR (Received August 27, 6.30 p.m.) BELGRADE, August 26. The Minister for War (General Maritch) and the Ministers of Commerce and Physical Education have resigned without explanation. The Chief of the General Staff (General Meditch) has become Minister for War.
It is officially stated that the changes in personnel do not change the policy of the Government.
