SUDETEN GERMANS TO RESUME TALKS
LORD RUNCIMAN’S NEGOTIATIONS APPROACH CONCRETE STAGE LONDON, August 11. The Prague correspondent of The Daily Telegraph says that a radio announcement states that Lord Runciman’s negotiations may enter a concrete stage a fortnight hence, despite the efforts of the German Press and wireless to exacerbate nationalist passions in the hope of wrecking his mission. Representatives of the Sudetens Germans and of Czechoslovakia who are discussing the situation will resume their talks on August 17.
