SOUTHLAND SUPPORTS WELLINGTON
CLAIMS AS BASE FOR TASMAN AIR SERVICE (United Press Association) WELLINGTON, August 10. A letter has been received by the Wellington Chamber of Commerce from the Southland Progress League stating that the league is adding its weight to the representations in favour of the selection of Wellington as the base for the Tasman air service.
