THOUSANDS OF JEWS FLEE AUSTRIA
DELEGATES TO REFUGEE CONFERENCE (Received July 5, 7.55 p.m.) LONDON, July 5. The Vienna correspondent of The Daily Telegraph says he has been reliably informed that 12,000 Jews have succeeded in leaving Austria for foreign countries since the Nazi occupation on March 12. Several prominent Jews are going to Evian for the international conference on refugees.
