JAPANESE TRADE WITH AUSTRALIA
AGREEMENT INCLUDES QUOTA ON WOOL
CANBERRA, July 3.
A trade agreement between Australia and Japan has been signed and will remain in force for a year.
Japan will take from 350,000 to 400,000 bales of Australian wool next season. Staple fibre pieces and goods are included in the import quotas of Japanese cotton piece goods and artificial silk piece goods.
