BASKETBALL The Orepuki basketball team conducted a highly successful tournament in the Regent hall. Results were:— WOMEN A Grade.—Tuatapere 7 v. Papatotara 1; Pahia 6 v. Te Tua 1; Orepuki 3 v. Pukemaori 1. Semi-final: Tuatapere 5 v, Pahia 2. Final: Tuatapere 2 v. Orepuki 1. B Grade.—Orepuki 9 v. Joy Germs 1; Colac Bay 9 v. Clifden 1; Orepuki 3 v. Tuatapere 1. Final: Colac Bay 3 v. Orepuki 1. MEN Pahia 0 v. Night Owls 1; Clifden 2 v. Comrades 0; Night Owls 1 v. Clifden 6; Clifden 1 v. Pukemaori 0; Clifden* 2 v.Murihiku 0. Final: Te Tu.a 3 v. Clifden 2.
