ABOLITION OF DRAFT WOOL ALLOWANCE

LONDONERS FALL IN LINE WITH DOMINIONS LONDON, June 28. A joint meeting of representatives of the Colonial Wool Merchants’ Association and London wool-selling brokers resolved to fall in line with Australia and New Zealand and abolish the draft allowance. The alteration will be effective from July 7.

Advice has been received from Dalgety and Company Limited that the abolition of the draft allowance will be in force for the July wool sales in London.
