CHEESE PUFFS 1 cup cheese. i cup breadcrumbs. -J teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon salt. 1 egg yolk. 1 egg white, stiffly beaten. Mix together seasonings, cheese, breadcrumbs and egg yolk. Fold into stiffly-beaten egg white. Form balls. Roll in finely-sifted breadcrumbs. Fry in deep fat 385 degrees F. till golden brown. SARAH.
