Letters sent to the Editor for printing must be written In ink on one side of the paper only and writers must send in their names and addresses in fuU whether they wish these to be printed or not. The Southland Rugby Union has a rule which gives permission to a player from another district to play immediately. as long as it can be shown that he is going to be a bona fide resident.
