On the application of solicitors in the Southland district probate or letters of administration have been granted in the following estates by his Honour Mr Justice Kennedy:— Jane Alicia Eunson, of Invercargill, widow (J. R. Hanan). Eliza McNeill, of Queenstown, widow (C. H. McKay). Arthur Sydney Wallis, of Gore, retired fellmonger (Smith and Dolamore). William Robertson, of Horseshoe Bay, Stewart Island, farmer (W. G. and J. Tait). Isabella Simpson, of Wyndham, widow (C. E. Davey). Rosena Wilden, of Tapanui, married woman (Wilkinson, Rolfe and Wilson). Grace Elizabeth James, of Aparima, widow (E. B. Patrick). Julia Gardner, of Greenhills, married woman (Longuet and Robertson). James Beattie, of Gore, labourer (Smith and Dolamore). Thomas Blanchett (otherwise Blanchard), of Invercargill, hairdresser (J. C. Prain). Curwen George Watson, of Winton, hairdresser (G. C. Cruickshank). Matthew Murray, of Invercargill, soldier pensioner (W. G. and J. Tait). George Cunningham Bain, of Wairio, retired hotel proprietor (Macalister Bros.).
