DEPARTMENTS TO BE PLACED UNDER ONE ROOF (United Press Association) WANGANUI, March 17. Tenders are to be called for a post office at Wanganui to replace the building that has served the city since 1902. The plans provide for structural steel and reinforced concrete in accordance with the by-laws governing earthquake resistance. All the post office departments will be incorporated under the one roof. At present they are scattered throughout several buildings in different parts of the city.
