DANCE AT COLAC
MUTTON BIRD CATCHERS ENTERTAINED A farewell dance, for the muttonbird catchers, was held in the Drill Hall, Colac Bay, on Monday. A big crowd attended, and music was supplied by the Silver Fem Orchestra. Mr D. Wadsworth acted as master of ceremonies. Among those present, were:—Mesdames Mailey, Wilkinson, Whittle, Burtenshaw, Broomhall, Smith, Noble, Wadsworth, Hart, Te Au, Belsham, Gerkin, Todd, Stick, Dillon, Keefe, Broad, Berr, Stuck. Misses C. Wilkinson, I. Broomhall, L. Broomhall, N. Whitelock, E. Wadsworth, A. Cleaver, N. Bullman.
