EUROPE BLAMED FOR SPAIN
LOYALISTS STILL CONFIDENT PRODUCTION OF AIRCRAFT AND MUNITIONS (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright) (Received February 27, 7.30 p.m.) BARCELONA, February 27. The Prime Minister of Spain (Dr Juan Negrin) in a broadcast declared that the war continued in Spain because the European nations desired it to continue. He added that despite the capture of Teruel the Republicans would win the war. At present they were making more aeroplanes and munitions inside loyalist Spain than anyone dreamt was possible. But fullest support was, sessential to counter Italian and German supplies reaching General Franco.
