NEITHER SIDE SHOWS ALTERATION IN ATTITUDE RUGBY, February 24. The conversations with -the delegates of the Government of Eire were resumed yesterday. The questions of partition, defence, finance and trade were discussed, no alteration in attitude being shown by either side. The conversations will be continued tomorrow. The Times, referring to the conversations, says it is still hoped that at least a trade agreement will emerge from the talks.
