ANNUAL PICNIC AND SPORTS A big crowd gathered to spend an enjoyable day in the sunshine at the thirty-seventh annual Hokonui picnic. A dance was held in the evening, the music being supplied by local musicians, Messrs J. McMaster and D. Brown. Mr J. T. Smith anw Mr R. Gill were masters of ceremonies.
