RATE NOTICE WALLACE COUNTY. OHAI SANITARY SPECIAL RATES, 1938-39. PURSUANT to the provisions of the “Counties Act, 1920,” and “Health Act, 1920,” and amendments thereof. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the Wallace County Council to make and levy on FRIDAY, 21st January, 1938, for the period commencing on the Ist day of February, 1938, and ending on the 31st January, 1939, A uniform annual charge of Two pounds seventeen shillings and sixpence (weekly service) or One pound seventeen shillings and sixpence (fortnightly service) for each pan of nightsoil removal. And that charges shall be payable each in one sum at the County Office, Main Street, Otautau, on the Ist day of February, 1939.
