The roads to which classification is proposed to apply are Hodgson Road and Lawson Road. It is proposed that the classification be Class 4, available for the use thereon of any heavy motor vehicle (other than multi-axled heavy motor vehicle) which, with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 5 tons, or any heavy motor vehicle, which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than 9 tons. Any person objecting to the proposal is called on to lodge an objection in writing before 12 noon on Monday, 10th January 1938, of his objection and of the ground thereto, at the Council Offices. H.
