A party of 20 members of the Tararua tramping club arrived in Invercargill on Saturday evening and left by bus on Monday for the Routeburn Lodge which is the location of the club’s Christmas camp. Although this club has toured extensively throughout both islands it is many years since it has visited Southland, but it is expected that in future this district will he more freouentlv visited.
