RUMANIAN CABINET RESIGNS
FAILURE TO GAIN MAJORITY IN CHAMBER BUCHAREST, December 27. The Prime Minister (M. Georges Tatarescu) saw King Carol yesterday in the Carpathian mountains and handed in his resignation on the ground that the election results show that the Government has no majority in the new Chamber of Deputies. POLISH NAVAL VESSELS FOR RUMANIA CONTRACTS DIVERTED FROM BRITAIN WARSAW, December 27. The Rumanian Government, whose submarine contracts have hitherto been placed in Britain, has ordered four submarines from the Gydnia shipyards, Poland. This firm is also constructing seaplanes and aeroplanes for Rumania.
