ANDERSON EQUALS OWN NEW ZEALAND RECORD CHRISTCHURCH, December 22. A. T. Anderson, at an official Empire Games trial at Lancaster Park today, ran the 440 yards hurdles in 55sec, equalling his own New Zealand record. The track was firm, but not fast, after recent rain. He finished strongly.
