RENEWING TRANSFERS

Transfers for embroidering will stamp off more cleanly, and can be used twice if only medium heat is applied instead of a very hot iron. If desired, a transfer design can be renewed by tracing over the lines with a new pen-nib dipped in a paste of equal portions of blue, sugar and cold water. When perfectly dry, the transfer is ready for ironing off again.
