LABOUR LEADERS TAIL TO AGREE
RENEWAL OF WARFARE INDICATED (Received December 5, 6.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, December 4. A renewal of the warfare between the Committee of Industrial Organization and the American Federation of Labour, the rival trades union organizations, is indicated by the outcome of the conferences between Mr John L. Lewis, leader of the C. 1.0., and Mr William Green, president of the A.F.L. They announced that they had failed to agree on anything and that they did not contemplate further discussions.
