DEATH TRAPS FOR ARAB TERRORISTS

CAVES IN PALESTINE LONDON, November 1. The Jerusalem correspondent of The Daily Herald reports that British sappers are laying death traps in the caves of Palestine’s “terror triangle” where a big band of Arab extremists is being rounded up. The area of operations is the mountainous district bordered by a line joining Tulkarem, Nablus and Jenia. The mountains are full of caves, many of which are known to serve as the hiding places of Arab terrorists Sappers leave a mine in each cave which will explode as soon as a tripwire is touched by anyone taking refuge. The correspondent of the British United Press at Jerusalem says the prisons are so crowded that the authorities are preparing concentration camps.
