INTOXICATION CHARGE

MOTORIST SENT TO GAOL (United Press Association) WANGANUI, November 1. Fourteen days’ imprisonment wtihout the option of a fine was imposed by Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., on Ivan Kirkpatrick Simpson, a contractor, of Paraparaumu, for intoxication while in charge of a motor-car. He also suspended his driving licence for two years. It was stated to be defendant’s second offence. .
