BOWLS Recently, last season’s holders of the Winton and Returned Soldiers’ Association’s club “stars,” Messrs M. Driscoll and L. Dyer, were defeated 18-12 by O. Jamieson and F. Moore. Since then the new holders have withstood three challenges, defeating J. Bromley and J. Molloy 26-11, W. Boyle and J. A. Broom 22-14 and E. Ward and W Hewitt 18-17.
