MAGISTRATE’S COURT

WEDNESDAY (Before Mr W. H. Freeman, S.M.) John R. Fraser (Mr G. J. Reed) pleaded not guilty to failing to give way to a tram-car while driving a motor-car. He was fined 10/-, costs 13/-, and ordered to pay witness’s expenses 4/-. Russell Drummond France pleaded guilty to riding a bicycle on a footpath and was fined 5/-, with costs 10/-.
