HANDYSIDE.—At Hastings, on Tuesday, 26th October, 1937, Emily Marianne, widow of the late William Handyside, and eldest daughter of the late John Cotton Rowley, Avondale, Southland. The Funeral will leave St. John’s Church on Friday, October 29, after the service at 11 a.m. for St. John’s Cemetery. 5416 LAWTON.—At his residence, 205 Bowmont Street (suddenly), on Wednesday, 27th October, 1937, Fred, beloved husband of the late Henrietta Lawton; aged 68 years.
