LABOURER COLLAPSES (United Press Association) AUCKLAND, October 15. After he had helped to load planks on a lorry at the Oyster Point public works camp at Makarau on Wednesday last a labourer, Francis Michael Skin, aged 58 years, collapsed and died. He was a married man and. lived at Ponsonby, Auckland. At the inquest today the cause of death was found to be heart disease. PUBLIC WORKS OVERSEER DROPS DEAD WANGANUI, October 15. Victor Charles Tomasi, aged 56 years, a Public Works overseer, dropped dead in his hut at Bonny Glen this afternoon. He was found by the driver of a lorry which was to take him in to Wanganui. He was employed on the work of constructing an overhead bridge at Bonny Glen, which is situated three miles from Marton, on the Wanganui road. Tomasi, who was a married man, resided at Wanganui and had been employed on the bridge for approximately three months.
