The Magistrate has ordered that personal service of the said Summons be dispensed with 'and tfjat public notification of the same be given once in each daily paper in Invercargill. The case has beer, set down for Friday, the sth day of November, 1937, and will then be heard and determined. Unless the amount claimed together with the costs set out above is paid before the foregoing date or unless the defendant or any other persons having an interest in the land appear and show good cause to the contrary judgment will be entered against the defendant. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bluff Borough Council, at a Special Meeting convened for the purpose and held on TUESDAY, the sth day of OCTOBER, 1937, passed the following Resolution, to operate as a Special Order, viz.:— “That the Bluff Borough Council hereby resolves by way of Special Resolution to operate as a Special Order;— (1) Under the provisions of Section 193 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933” to make new streets and .declare such streets Public Streets of the Borough of Bluff, the streets referred to being the extension of Gore Street, and the 40 foot street extending between Suir Street and the un-named street further west. (2) Under the provisions of Section 156 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933” to sell Allotments 1-31 inclusive, being Part Section 15 Block I, Campbelltown Hundred, in Plan of Sub-division prepared by G. St. V. Keddell, Registered Surveyor, and dated the sth day of April, 1937.” The plan referred to, showing the Allotments •’o be sold, and the land to be declared Public Streets, may be inspected during office hours at the Office of Messrs Imlay and Preston, Solicitors, Tay Street, Invercargill, and at the Municipal Offices, Gore Street, Bluff.
