AIR SCOUTS. —Following on the Boy Scouts’ and Sea Scouts’ movements, an Air Scout troop has been formed at Plymouth, England, and is expected to be the forerunner of similar units throughout England and the Empire. The troop is seen on parade at Plymouth airport, receiving a lesson in practical aeronautics.
