GOVERNMENT TO BE ASKED TO TAKE ACTIVE STEPS (United Press Association) AUCKLAND, October 15. The conference of Anglican laymen, sitting in camera today, passed a resolution strongly supporting the comment of the Archbishop of Auckland (the Rt. Rev. A. W.
