TELEPHOTO USED IN RUSSIA (Received September 20, 11.50 p.m.) MOSCOW, September 20. An entire issue of the newspaper Inzvestia was transmitted by telephoto to Novosibirsk, in central Siberia, where the type was set locally, enabling publication simultaneously with that in Moscow. , . . It is planned to extend transmissions as far as Vladivostok.
